Not too far away from Bacolod Golf Club, most commonly known as Binitin, is a restaurant which is really worth heading out to. After your 18 holes at Binitin, it is recommended to skip the clubhouse fare and head out to the town of Murcia.Going beyond Murcia and in the direction to Mambucal Summer Resort, there is a place called Murcia Hilltop Resto & Bar.
There, one can enjoy various barbecued and grilled food. We heard that the prices are really reasonable and they have the best crispy pata and home made ice cream.
The owner, a Fil-Am retiree from the US is everyone's friend. It is also a great place for watching the sun set over Negros Island, the sweet spot of the Philippines.
